If there are any problems, the homeowner calls us directly. After-sales service is something you no longer need to worry about. The homeowner’s subscription covers everything: installation, maintenance, repairs and support. We carry on providing this for 20 years.

We do this using an all-in leasing model. You use the heat pump without any worries for a fixed monthly fee.
It is one thing to have a heat pump installed. Keeping the heat pump in good working order and configuring it smartly for the energy transition is something totally different. At NON.energy, we provide a solution for this with our service, our guarantee that the heat pump will work properly, and our smart controls.
The data from the digital meter lets us adapt intelligently to solar energy surpluses, the capacity tariff and dynamic tariffs. It means you don’t have to deal with the complexity of the energy transition.
As an added benefit, we give you an online application which makes it easy to control the heat pump remotely and allows us to communicate with each other.
We are responsible for the heat pumps which is why we choose only the best! You can benefit from this too. Getting heat pumps repaired is usually quite costly as they use more expensive components (compared to gas boilers, for instance). Because we include everything in one fixed subscription, you will never face this expense.
Your project stays marketable, but you can still offer state-of-the-art solutions for heating technology. NON.energy fits and manages one installation per unit. Each purchaser has their own heat pump. The purchaser takes out a subscription which includes everything.

Well, it’s certainly not you. We take full responsibility. After the sale has gone through, the home buyer only communicates with us. We resolve everything and make sure that the smart system is functioning at all times.
We only fit premium systems by major brands such as NIBE. We are responsible for maintenance and repairs over the lifespan of the system, which is why we only choose the best equipment. This provides confidence for both us and the home buyer.
We agree all the details with you. We do everything through our network of fitting specialists or your preferred professional. We make sure that the installation and commissioning of the heat pump is perfect with our plug-n-play modules. We ensure that it is free from faults, fast, efficient and offers total confidence.
The cost of all repairs, call-out charges and materials is included in the fixed monthly fee.
