Pre-assembled installation,

We start with a clear plan. We carry out the pre-site check. You then go through the checklist which we have created for you. You install the heat pump securely on the site as agreed. You put the skid in place, make the connections and take photos. Once you’ve finished the installation, it is ready for us to get started.
As you drive to your next job, we take over. NON.energy activates the controller, sets up the monitoring and configures the system. The system operates properly from day one and continues to do so. We take care of the after-sales service. The customer only contacts us for support, 7 days a week. This keeps your schedule free for the next project.

The end customer contacts NON.energy directly. We are available 7 days a week. We solve many issues remotely. If we need to intervene on site, we schedule this rapidly through our technical department.
The pre-site checklist has been completed: the skid has been positioned, and six fixed connections are ready (hydraulic and electric). Power up the pump and attach site photos. Then we take over.
Our standardised workflow and prefabricated skid let you install these systems faster than ever. For instance, a 2-person team can do 4 installations each day.
No. NON.energy takes care of the follow-up, monitoring, maintenance and problem-solving. The customer calls us, not you.
Our controller optimises the solar panel surplus, dynamic tariffs and capacity peaks by using a connection to the P1 port.
Each controller has its own 4G module which connects to our services, so the network is included!
